The Alliance of Guest Workers Outreach (AGWO) has recently concluded the Muscle up with Lucky! Facebook Live Fitness for Guest Workers. Lucky Triumfo is a rugby champion and trainer who provided fun and challenging high-intensity work out from 31 July 2020 to 9 April 2021 on Friday afternoons.
Prizes for participants included data cards and a pair of trainers!
