D6 Singapore Family Conference 2025: As You Go

The D6 Singapore Family Conference 2025 brought together families, ministry leaders, and church communities under the theme As You Go. Organised by The Bible Society of Singapore and the Sower Institute for Biblical Discipleship, and supported by the Evangelical Alliance of Singapore and the Trinity Annual Conference Board of Children’s Ministry (BOCM), the event provided a rich space for equipping families to live out their faith daily. Through dynamic workshops and meaningful conversations, participants were encouraged to integrate discipleship into their everyday lives, embracing God’s call to nurture Christ-centred homes.

One of the highlights of the conference was the diverse line-up of workshops, which addressed pressing needs across different family life stages. Bishop Emeritus Dr Robert Solomon led Growing Deeper: In Love for Christ, guiding attendees to anchor their families firmly in God’s Word. Elvin and Esther Foong shared practical insights in Faith at Home for Busy Parents, offering encouragement to parents juggling the demands of work and family. Rev Dr Chris and Mona Chia brought their warmth and wisdom in Nurturing Godly Marriages for Godly Families, emphasising the role of healthy marriages as the foundation for thriving households. Dr Eliza Lian-Ding closed the series with Conversation on Sexuality and Gender, equipping families and leaders to engage with these important issues with Biblical truth and grace.

The conference not only offered valuable teaching but also created an atmosphere of community, where participants shared stories, challenges, and encouragement. Many left the event renewed in their vision for family discipleship, reminded that the journey of faith begins at home and continues “as you go.” By fostering intergenerational understanding and addressing contemporary challenges, the D6 Singapore Family Conference 2025 strengthened its mission to empower families to live out their faith authentically and courageously in today’s world.
